The Legal Aid Society V. M. Salgaocar College of Law, Miramar, Panaji, Goa launched an Online Legal Awareness Drive of Flag Code of India, 2002 from 13th to 15th August 2022. This drive was undertaken
in light of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav which was to
encourage people to bring the Tiranga home and hoist it to mark the 75th year of India’s
Independence.
The 308 members of the 26 different Free Legal Aid Cells and the faculty members of VMSCL joined
the drive by uploading the e-pamphlets on their social media platforms in the following order:
a. Dos
b. Don’ts
c. Method to be followed while disposing of the National Flag
The Online Legal Drive was a great success as we received appreciation from local community members for the same.
